  Pros: Clean, affordable, hot water, place to sleep, working air conditioner, accommodating to requests such as first floor room, friendly lady at the front desk.
  
  Cons: The room smelt a little stale, almost as though it used to be a smokers room and it wasn't cleaned properly.
  
  Overall you get what you pay for, no frills warm place to sleep. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was possible because of the room smell, but five stars is reasonable
